Job Introduction

Are you looking for an opportunity to develop your career in HR providing support for HR and Learning & Development activities in a national law firm? Do you have great administrative, communication and organisational skills? Are you used to working with confidential information, handling a variety of queries and keeping a close eye on the details?

We're looking for the right person to join our supportive HR team as our new HR/L&D Administrator. Supporting our L&D Manager, HR Manager and HR Advisors, this role is essential to the smooth running of the team, often being the first point of contact for internal and external queries. Our HR team is made up of nine people, encompassing HR, Recruitment and Training covering all four office locations. This role involves liaising with colleagues across the business as well as new starters joining VWV. You'll need a strong interest in HR/L&D, combined with a professional and customer-focused approach to communication in writing, by phone and in person. This role provides an excellent grounding in a wide range of HR support tasks and an opportunity to build HR knowledge and skills.
